Truth Based Relationships

Bali Retreat

Sept 27th - Oct 4th 2026

Step into an immersive week in Bali designed to support deep personal growth, embodied learning, and authentic connection. This retreat weaves the application of the Authentic Self Relationships Model with daily practices, experiential workshops, and plenty of real-life application—so you don’t just “learn concepts”, you actually live them in a supportive group environment.

Each day you’ll be guided through sessions that will introduce and deepen the vision behind Truth Based Relationships, with space for Q&A, role-playing, and practical integration. You’ll identify and transform key relational patterns and learn to distinguish them from functioning from your authentic self. You’ll also be guided in finding safety through self-work, developing tools for self-regulation and inner stability, envisioning what it could look like to live Truth Based Relationships in everyday life.

This journey is also deeply nourished by Bali itself. The program includes meaningful time in nature and local experiences which will give you the chance to practice Truth Based Relationships in real time with the other participants and can later be discussed and reflected upon through collective **learning.

The venue for this joint journey of authenticity is the lovely Alaya Ecolodge (hiperlink to their website), which embodies principles of mindful collective living, sustainability and respect to Balinese cultural values. Our stay will be in harmony with nature, minimizing our impact.

If you’re looking for a week that combines grounded inner work, embodied relationships practice, and nature-based renewal—this Bali retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, learn powerful tools, and integrate them into the way you live and relate.
